Question 1

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, bank transfer, direct bank deposit. You choose at checkout.

Question 2

Can I change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible - we can usually adjust it before it's packed, but not after it's dispatched.

Question 3

Is your UK-used stock genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every UK-used device passes our 12-point check before listing, and we state battery health and condition honestly on each product - not buried in fine print.

Question 4

What if my device develops a fault?

Accepted Answer

You're covered by our 7-days warranty from the day it's delivered. Reach out on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Question 5

Do new phones come with original accessories?

Accepted Answer

Brand new devices come exactly as the manufacturer packages them. UK-used devices may include accessories where available - this is noted on the product page.

Question 6

How long does delivery takes?

Accepted Answer

Typically 2–4 business days for most states. Remote areas may take a little longer - we'll let you know at checkout if that's the case.

Question 7

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

A flat delivery fee is added at checkout based on your location, shown before you confirm your order.
