Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return once it arrives, following the return policy above.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer to an account you provide.
